1.  Privacy Policy
Private Individual:
This online shopping is only for "Private Individual".  You can create user account in this website if you are a Private Individual. However, we cannot validate whether registered user is "Private Individual" or not.  I would advise you that you could register in this website only if you are a "Private Individual".


Age of Consent:

This online shopping is only for persons of age 18 years or more.  This is our intention.  However, we cannot validate if the registered person's age is 18 or more.  I would advise you that you could register in this website if your age is 18 years or more.

Fast Carriage would process your personal information to send an order details by email, payment terminal receipt by email, requesting customer suggestion/feeback, review by email,  provide an information by email, contact you on your mobile for the confirmation of your order and also for delivery time alignment, and for further details if required, etc.   Fast Carriage could also send SMS alert to inform next delivery date of orders to Customer's outside of Brussels.  Fast Carriage could also send holiday notice by email and SMS, and also remainders.


Modification of personal data:

You can also modify your personal information once you login to Fast Carriage website.  You can also add or modify or delete "Address Entries".  You can also add New Shipment Address Details and New Delivery Address when you checkout your shopping cart.  You can also correct your information by yourself.  If you face any issues or if you have any queries, you can also send an email to us from your registered email address to info@fastcarriage.com.  Fast Carriage would respond to your queries within 30 working days upon receipt.


Date Retention:

Your data would not be retained longer than what is required. Your order details would be stored minimum one week where you could check.  Fast Carriage would also take a backup copies, and it might remain in web hosting server even after deletion of your user account.  Only authorized user will have access to your data.  For performance reason, all order details and history may not be available online.

Third Party:

Your date will not be transferred to third parties.

3.  Product Information

Product image and/or texture could vary when order is delivered.  Fast Carriage will not be responsible for same image and/or texture which is mentioned in website.


4.  Delivery Information

Following are the minimum order amount for the delivery of orders:

Brussels - 10EUR.  Normally,  orders will be delivered Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (if orders are placed before 16.00hrs), except public holidays.

Mechelen - 20EUR.  Normally,  orders will be delivered only on Saturday, except public holidays.

Antwerp - 25EUR.  Normally,  orders will be delivered only on Saturday, except public holidays.

Halle - 35EUR.  Normally,  orders will be delivered only on Saturday, except public holidays.

To Mechelen, Antwerp and Halle all orders placed till Friday 08.00pm will be delivered on Saturday, except public holidays.

It is free home delivery.

Please be informed that orders will be delivered only to Brussels, Mechelen, Antwerp and Halle.  For all other places, orders will not be delivered.

When you place an order, your order status will be in "Pending Confirmation".  There is no online payment option.

Fast Carriage would contact you on your mobile for the confirmation of your order in 1 working day.  When  Fast Carriage representative is not well or not in Brussels, representative would contact you once he is well or after he reaches Brussels.

Once your order is confirmed via mobile,  at the same time Fast Carriage would also align with you for the tentative time of the delivery of your order.  This would be tentative time.

Sometimes order status would be updated to "Confirmed" before the delivery of your orders.  Sometimes after delivery of your orders, order status could be updated to "Confirmed".  Once order is delivered, order status would be updated to "Delivered".

You cannot modify orders through website.  If you would like to modify your order, you could reach Fast Carriage via mobile or email.

You could cancel your order at anytime before you make the payment.


Note:  Fast Carriage has  rights to update "Delivery Information" from time to time.


5.  Return Policy

Currently, orders would be delivered by Fast Carriage representative.  There is no online payment option.  Card On Delivery payment option is available. 

When order is delivered by Fast Carriage representative,  Customer could verify order details, and check if all the products are in acceptable condition and there is no damage, and Customer could check other details. 

If Customer would not require any product or part of the order or whole order,  Customer could return any product or part of the orders or whole order to the Fast Carriage representative.

When Customer return a product or part of the order,  Customer would pay only for the products which has been taken.

When Customer return a whole order,  Customer would not pay any amount.

Once the payment is made,  if Customer is not happy in any of the products within 24hours from the time of delivery of order,  Customer can an email to info@fastcarriage.com with his concern.   If the product is not opened and damaged, Customer can return that product to Fast Carriage address mentioned in order details email by post.  Once the product is received by Fast Carriage, and it is not opened and damaged, then Fast Carriage would return that product amount by bank transfer within 7 working days.  Fast Carriage would contact Customer for Bank Account number to transfer the amount.  If the product is opened and Customer has any concerns/complaints,  then Customer concerns/complaints would be communicated to corresponding supplier.  Fast Carriage would not be responsible for the resolution date or resolutions of Customer concerns/complaints from the supplier.

If Customer would not send any concerns/complaints within 24hours by email from the time delivery of order,  then it means that order is accepted by Customer and there is no concern/complaints.

If Customer is not happy in any of the products after 24hours from the time of delivery of order,  Fast Carriage would not take return even if the product is not opened or damaged.  Customer concerns/complaints would be communicated to corresponding supplier.  Fast Carriage would not be responsible for the resolution date or resolutions of Customer concerns/complaints from the supplier.

Fast Carriage is not responsible for the quality of the products.

Fast Carriage liability is maximum to the order amount.

Note:  Fast Carriage has  rights to update "Return Policy" from time to time.

7.  Order Cancellation

8.  Offers / Sale / Discounts

Offer Price / Sale Price / Discount Price would not be applicable for already placed orders.  Offer Price / Sale Price / Discount Price would be applicable only for new orders.


When customer uses this website and/or places an order these terms and conditions would apply.
